What leasing options are available?

We offer 6-12 month leases.
 

​Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
 

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?


Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.
 

​Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.
 

Is renter's insurance required?

You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Desert West provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
 

​Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

Clubhouse is open Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm and Sat from 10am-4pm.
 

What are the hours for the fitness center?

Fitness Center is open Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm and Sat from 10am-4pm.
 

What are the hours for the pool?

The Pool is open daily from 9AM - 10PM
 

What are the hours for the business center?

The Business Center is open Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm and Sat from 10am-4pm.

Our laundry facilities are open 9am-10pm.

Are apartments internet/cable ready?

Yes, our apartments are internet/cable ready through Cox.
 

​How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?

Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
 

Are BBQ grills available?

We are proud to offer BBQ Grills throughout the community

What is the smoking policy?

No smoking inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the property.
 

Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?

Yes, Rise Desert West is a pet-friendly community. Enjoy our dog park and walking paths!

We offer assigned, covered parking. Open parking is available for extra cars and guests.
